In addition to your general personal data, your client file contains notes on your health condition and data on the treatments.

The file may also include data necessary for your treatment that I have requested from another healthcare provider, such as your general practitioner, after obtaining your explicit consent.

I do my utmost to safeguard your privacy. This means, among other things, that I:

  • as the treating psychologist am the only one with access to the data in your file;
  • handle your personal and medical data carefully;
  • ensure that unauthorized persons do not have access to your data;
  • adheres to the statutory duty of confidentiality (professional secrecy).
